i went to workout beginning of my freshmen year and got 75 pounds 1 time on bench press. ha
Why I Love It:
idk i love pushing my body to the limit and looking at my muscles when they are strained

there isnt a motivation factor really. just a love of working out

i was small and didnt work out ever. also my diet sucked
a little bit better. i worked out pretty hard but didnt hit my bicep growth spurt yet. my chest grew increadibly though
