How I Started:
Im 6'2" and skinny, i got fed up looking like this and decided to start weight training, additionally i qualified as a gym instructor to further enhance my success, so that i new all the complex science stuff and i do a job i enjoy.
Why I Love It:
It gives my confidence, i like women looking at me, it's vain i know but when you're skinny you don't get much attention at all.
How I Stay Motivated:
I make a list of things to do every morning and make sure i do them, if i feel like not going to the gym i do anyway, because i know that once i get started i will be ok and the motivation flows
BB Accomplishments:
In past tense i became around 14 stone from 10 approx 5 years ago at my peak, but life got in the way and i lost 4 stone until recently i started slowly gaining again
When i was a teenager i used to watch action movies with Jean Claude Van Damme and Arnie etc and wish that i could have a body like them and now i now that i may be able do as long as i work hard over many years and stay determined and focused, being tall is detrimental because my muscles are very long and look smaller than they really are so i need to put on a lot of weight to balance this, i intend to reach my end goal in 2 years
