I got 74 days till my 21st bday. Im at 175 and im trying to bulk up 15 lbs again and get super ripped. Help me kris!!

man the training is going aight..... i just found out that i may have a minor tear in my meniscus. so we will see how that ish folds out here in the upcoming weeks. other than that all has been well. the weight finally dropped down to 175 and im feeling great!!!

Well I do abs like twice to three times a week. But vcarb cycling is really etchin them out for me. But get at me homie. Go big or go home!
