How I Started:
Well, i have always had a passion for being fit. When i was in high school, i always worked out and tried to get a perfect body. But my problem was i would stick to a plan and eventually quit. I came to college and then gained the freshman 15 and that made me wake up and see that i have to take charge! So Now.... I have been in the military for like a year. And I am letting time resatraints keep me fat. Well not anymore. I know deep down under F.16 workin machine there lies p{otentia}l for me to be RIP-ped. Get it dead with the old me and in with the new!!
Why I Love It:
There is nothing better than being able to take off your clothes and see a chiseled being in the mirror. Well under this fatty, he's in there chillin begging to be released!! And like my tiger I can't chain this beast forever!!
How I Stay Motivated:
When i wake up in the morning and look in the mirror.That keeps me motivated. I see that with each workout overtime i am growing towards the body i want! And its always times when i take my shirt off and pose for the camera. And you vote 10's. I just melt. Lol literally more fat in the gym!!
BB Accomplishments:
Successfully completed my first bulking phase!! Yay!! I guess??

This mo-fo nick went from having a 6 pack to a damn I can't count em pack. Nick is just the definition of the definition. Stacked, jacked, ripped and insanely sick. I'm sure he will win comps left and right next year. He motivates everybody with his results, and that's motivation/inspiration enough for me!!
Even though he is a hell of a lot older than me, this guy is ripped. And for his comp he trained like hell. And what happened when he trained, he got a 1st place vic!!! Damn this is awesome, he gives me motivation to bust my ass everyday for aug 22!!!!! I mean do y'all see this guy. Just jacked!!!

I rotate my weeks in and out.
Mass Training 1 week, 4 times a week. And add a little cardio 3 times a week.

Well, I've gone absolutely insane with the calf training. Ha ha, these things want to be puny forever but I'm going to force growth out of them. Other than those things, the training is alive, the diet if fine and well, work is still awesome. You back in the gym or your hamstring still got you out?
