How I Started:
Well, i have always had a passion for being fit. When i was in high school, i always worked out and tried to get a perfect body. But my problem was i would stick to a plan and eventually quit. I came to college and then gained the freshman 15 and that made me wake up and see that i have to take charge! So Now.... I have been in the military for like a year. And I am letting time resatraints keep me fat. Well not anymore. I know deep down under F.16 workin machine there lies p{otentia}l for me to be RIP-ped. Get it dead with the old me and in with the new!!
Why I Love It:
There is nothing better than being able to take off your clothes and see a chiseled being in the mirror. Well under this fatty, he's in there chillin begging to be released!! And like my tiger I can't chain this beast forever!!
How I Stay Motivated:
When i wake up in the morning and look in the mirror.That keeps me motivated. I see that with each workout overtime i am growing towards the body i want! And its always times when i take my shirt off and pose for the camera. And you vote 10's. I just melt. Lol literally more fat in the gym!!
BB Accomplishments:
Successfully completed my first bulking phase!! Yay!! I guess??

My goals are to quit smoking. Have a banging ass body, and get more tattoos! im at 175 right now. i think 170 to sit at will be a great goal. just chop the body up in the gym and paint this canvas with them tats that im hella crazy over..

I rotate my weeks in and out.
Mass Training 1 week, 4 times a week. And add a little cardio 3 times a week.
