MONDAY- 7.00am KETTLEBALL TRAINING 50-60 MIN.
7.30pm HIIT (20min- treadmill)
TUESDAY- 7.00am KETTLEBALL TRAINING 50-60 MIN.
7.30pm interval training 45-50 min (treadmill)

WENESDAY- FREE

THURSDAY-7.00am KETTLEBALL TRAINING 50-60 MIN.
7.30pm HIIT (20min- treadmill)
FRIDAY- 7.00am KETTLEBALL TRAINING 50-60 MIN.
7.30pm interval training 45-50 min (treadmill)
SATURDAY- 5-8 MILES WALK or FREE.
SUNDAY- SWIMMING 30-45 min.
