hey man maybe you can help me out. I'm looking to get certed as a personal trainer and I found this school called national person training institute. they cert you with ACPT Certification. its 200 hours of class and it costs $6000. Do you think its worth it or rather go after the ACE or nasm? im pretty familiar with many exercises and have worked in a gym before just not as a trainer. thanks for your help

fyi your video is not a one armed/one handed pullup...most people who can do more than 1 pullup can do that. try a real one armed pullup, a lot harder ;)

I often train my clients to hold the clipboard, 3 sets of 20 reps with about 100 sheets of paper and sometimes I progress the exercise by having them stand on a BOSU ball and chew gum at the same time. LOL
