Worked out yesterday 1hr of sprint intervals (10min run/1min walk) .. :D actually got my mother to join me. Yay! lol

Background
I used to be Bulimic all through middle/high school..also had very bad Social Anxiety. After h.s. i started gaining a little more weight and it wasn't as easy to skip a meal, puke and look good!! I DECIDED to actually get fit the RIGHT WAY and become healthier. UPDATE: as of July 2011 I have lost 40lbs THE RIGHT WAY! gain muscle tone in my legs, butt, arms, and especially tummy. I run 2-3x a week and am able to run FULL SPEED for 10mins without being out of breath. I M VERY PROUD OF HOW FAR I HAVE COME.:) ..and i am not finished.
The way it makes me feel....strong, sexy, energetic, fit, happy - I JUST LOVE IT! I am addicted! ^.^

Is melatonin a SAFE supplement to take..more specifically for someone who seems more energized late at night? I've noticed the past few weeks I haven't been able to fall asleep and have stayed up MOSTLY past 7am! This is killing me lol.
