skewiff haha 8 pack?! no chance, i'm still trying to get a 6 pack! but i do like the fact that i don't have to flex my abs these days for them to show thru the flab. i can still probably cut down a fair bit more fat but all in good time (although i wish it would happen faster!) Sep 12, 2012 11:19pm

skewiff good stuff big fella! i've slept in for the past 2 days which has been great but it's because i've been sick and off work. pushed too hard when i still had a bit of a cold and it finally caught up with me. hoping the time off work and doing as little as possible helps bring me back quickly! proud of you for sticking it out mate, keep it up!
