Background
I like it because bodybuilding/working out is 90% physical and 20% mental. To be seriously lifting, you have to give it 110% to succeed, just like everything else in life. You may be changing your body, but it takes mental toughness to continue breaking down your body and eating right when most of the people around you don't fully understand why you order a chicken salad when everyone else is getting a burger.
It takes you to a blissful place where stress melts away and jubilation fills your mind. You just focus and concentrate on lifting the weight, trying to be the best you can possible be.
