johnnnnnyboi you really have no idea what your doing do you? id say lose the weight till u can see abs, then bulk, getting muscle + fat (you will gain fat in a bulk its not possible without) depending on how much u eat, do that then when your big and strong and musclely (but fat) u cut the excess fat off and boom u got your ripped physique, you can change in such a short time if you know what your doing, look at my profile, pm me if you want to know anything else Nov 30, 2011 11:53pm
