I was a little chubby growing up. Started running and eating healthy to get in shape. Before i new it I had ran too much and wasn't eating enough and weighed about 140 at 6'0" with 0 fat. I just started lifting for mass and would like to gain 20-30 clean pounds over the next year.
Why I Love It:
Only been lifting seriously since summer of 09 but I love the pump I get when leaving the gym. It keeps me out of trouble because you can't be binge drinking if you want to put on muscle.
How I Stay Motivated:
Other profiles on BodySpace and seeing other transformations from guys who have been through the same thing I'm going through.
I love going out to parties and waking up the next morning knowing I'm one of the few that isn't hung over. You can have a good time without getting ****-faced

Hey thanks man! Yah I feel the same way about how hard I work in the gym to waste it away drinking. I like the purple wrath but the glycergrow I could do without as it doesn't mix well AT ALL and makes the drink kind of grindy. It has been working pretty well for me though.
Hey dude, thank you! Yeah ABR is my favorite band. I eat a lot, I would say as of right now around 3,000 clean cals or just a bit over, that's just an estimate, I really got to sit down and calculate my macros.
