How I Started:
I was sick of just sitting around saying that I wanted to be in better shape, so I got up and finally started.
Why I Love It:
It's a stress relief and a major outlet from life. I feel like I'm in another world when I'm working out, and then I can come back to reality refreshed.
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking at the results I've achieved so far, and just talking with others that have the same desire.
BB Accomplishments:
Dropping from 21.9% body fat to 14% body fat. Now there are limits to reaching my goals.

I am inspired by the member because he has stayed dedicated for multiple years and his results show it. I know that if I stayed as motivated I can also reach my ultimate goals!
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I walk out of work and know that when I walk in my house door and change clothes I can shred all of the weight of the day plus physical weight once I step into the gym or start my runs.

So the past few weeks were a bit rough because I started a new schedule which meant I had to rework my work outs into my schedule, and also the day light savings didn't help either. So I started getting lazy and not doing everything I was doing before. It hasn't done major damage, but enough...
