How I Started:
I needed something to occupy my time and relieve some stress. I was working at the bank when I met a guy who was a Personal Trainer at Gold's and wanted me to join. I got started and now me and my boyfriend work out everyday. Its a great way to stay healthy and spend some extra time with him!!
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel when I push hard at the gym. It keeps me happy, it releases any bit of stress I could have and it gives me time to just enjoy my body. I love knowing that I can do exactly what I want with my body, even though it may take time, I know I will happen!
How I Stay Motivated:
My boyfriend keeps me motivated and is always on top of making sure I get to the gym at least 4 times a week.. He is my major motivation. Always pushing and making sure I meet my goals!
BB Accomplishments:
Lifting more weight than I ever have and having an even better looking body than I did when I was in high school.
My new major accomplishment is actually having a defined bicep! It took me two months but I finally made it! I have better abs than I ever have.. and I love the way I look!
When I was in high school I had a pure runner's body and back then I didn't even care what my body looked like. NOW.. I am looking forward to a great life with the only man I ever cared about looking great for. BUT I want to look awesome and always make him glad he has me. I want to build muscle in my legs, stomach, and arms mainly. And then make sure it is completely defined! I am hoping to get there in the next 6 months!

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
Corey is my partner.. he is a lot bigger than me obviously.. but he pushes me hard and he knows what I want to get out of working out.. so he makes sure I am hurting and ready to go everyday

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
The Bike.. I used to run all the time and that sjust what I did.. but I love the hill workout on the bike.. it kicks my butt
