i am very thin ....my friend always laugh at me n say put some stone in your pocket the wind is very high 2day...i need 2 change my self n when a saw Triple h (wwe superstar)then i started my Body building.
Why I Love It:
coz it give me confident ,,,,n change my apperance...
How I Stay Motivated:
when i am down n out ...i just close my eyes n say " yeah buddy light weight baby " or if its not work i watch Ronnie Coleman videos...
