This September/08 - loosing 8-10 lbs and strengthening my legs.
Goal (Long):
Currently im at 21.5%... would like to get down to 15% and from there... really define my body... get it to the point where i can wear a bikini and be proud. Im not there yet.Im happy with who i am... but im looking to improve on what i've already accomplished :)
What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
ASK QUESTIONS to a certified trainer. and not just one trainer. many
they all have different schools of thought . but after awhile- you'll figure out what works best for you.

So im pretty stoked. Ive switched things up quiite a bit. And altho my diet change has only been within the past couple weeks.... my training has been going swimmingly and today i went to get my BMI done. DOWN 2% BABY!
