How I Started: I Hate My Body And Want To Get The Perfect Body, Ever Since I have Stoped Going To The Gym Due To GCSE's i Have Lost Of Muscle.
Why I Love It: I Love Getin Compliments From Friends And Family And When My Girlfriend Tells Me I Am Geting More Muscles. Also I Want To Feel Better In Myself And Be Healthy

BB Accomplishments: Not Very Big Accomplishments But They All Add Up.. I Have Been Working Out At Home With Just Basic Dumbell Set And I Have Notice A Difference In Mostly My Arms And Back. Also I Have Gained 1/2 Stone.

hey bro, good start. good luck with your goal and keep on lifting. Gotta lift and eat a lot of protein to gain muscle. Taking good protein shakes help too. What's your workout schedule like btw?
