During high school I was a cheerleader and played a year of volleyball. They had us doing light weights in the gym and I really enjoyed it and realized I packed on muscle a lot faster than my teammates. It wasn't til after high school though that I started to really get into lifting to help lose weight.
Why I Love It:
It's my best stress reliever! I also love the after feeling of being healthy and fit!
How I Stay Motivated:
Music. Music. Music...and my love of shopping! I feel better when my clothes look good on me so I work hard at keeping the weight off. I also want to stay healthy because I come from a family with a lot of health issues.

Goal (Long):
I want to be healthy first and foremost. I come from a family with every health issue in the book and I want to beat it! Next I want to be in great shape again and take modeling to the next level. I loved being in front of the camera but life got too hectic and i gave up working out for a few months. I'm working hard to stay motivated this time!
so i now can say I completely understand the term of "runners high"! i use to hate cardio with a passion because i had deathly sports induced asthma and i couldn't run far or fast and it pissed me off because i'm so competitive! well i have had the WORST day ever well not ever but...
i feel ya on the when it rain it pours lol keep your head up and itll all work out, i mean your looking great so thats always a plus :) and getting married isnt a bad thing right?? lol
