How I Started:
Playing sports in hs. I was part of the vb team, soccer team,ran X country and track, but i just graduated in June 2007 and now i dont work out as much.I am barely starting to get serious about it and am trying to get back in shape not to mention, willing to work hard.
Why I Love It:
I tend to have real low self-esteem and working out makes me feel a little better about myself.I want to have confidence in myself and not be embarrased of my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
By watching many of the supermodels and pop stars on tv. I look at many of these women and want a body just like theirs. (Gracyanne Barbosa and vida guerra!)

Hey Ashley, looking great! Make sure you take some multivitamins with those thermogenics like the Lipo 6. It will make the progress even better! Check out Opti-women when you get a chance, I think you will really notice a difference!
Stay hungry for success kido! You’re doping so far, just stay motivated, determined, and use variations in training and nutrition, which should make you less bored with bodybuilding! Keep pumpin champ!
Cheers for comment champ! You look great! For advice, eat clean for 6 days, and have 1 one treat day; while training at least 3x a week, including working out: abs, calves, and 20 mins of cardio. That should help for a starter, but if you’re stuck then check bodybuilding.com, where there’s loads of great articles on training and nutrition! Hope that helps kido! Keep pumpin champ!

I see you are looking for advice? It is important to do the weights as well as the cardio to lose fat. Doing only cardio will result in muscle loss.
