ashlafer Day 1 of Cellulor Challenge, Done! Turned down fatty snacks at the office, made gross noises at the gym, and found out I dropped 2% BF :)

  • Do it! I mix one scoop of chocolate casein with 1/2 tsp of baking soda, 1/4 cup milk (almond, coconut, whatever floats your boat), 1 tbsp cocoa powder, and 1 tbsp oat or coconut flour (oat flour gives it a more moist consistency)...

    I signed up for the challenge! I'm totally excited because my summer break starts when the challenge does, so I can revamp after stressful finals!

AnEducatedIdiot No I'm not actually participating. I'm busy studying to take the MCAT at the moment and I still haven't hit my goals for strength and size gains yet so I'm still in a building phase. The challenge sounds like a lot of fun though. They give you a diet plan and a workout regimen. On top of that one of the coaches, that dude capruso, is actually going to do it too. uncleotis Cool, did you get the contest package from BB or some supplements. I just signed up a few days ago and figure out how to post the progress pics. Well I have a plan and have to see how it goes mainly doing 30 minutes on the stair master and then arms legs, back afterwards depending on the day. bekiboo Umm ill give you an example day, too hard to tell u all the options. Meal 1: 2 full eggs hard boiled Meal 2: 6 almonds 4 walnuts and 1 apple Meal 3: 50g chicken 1/4 avocado 1 tomato 1/2 cucumber and 1/3 cup mint leaves Meal 4: banana and isolate protein shake with water Post workout: protein shake with unsweetend almond milk Meal 5: 50g chicken 1/2 a broccoli With brussel sprouts and beans With a rule of no food after 8 pm. bekiboo Congrats on the weight loss, no way that would be muscle though. Unless you starved yourself, and probably not even then. I follow a strict food plan well mostly follow and weight train 3-4 times a week. Each session ill add anew exercise, really starting to see changes in my shape. Had to go buy all new winter clothes cause the arms and shoulders didn't fit. I'm just aiming on tightening up slowly but don't want to get too lean, maybe down to 18% body fat. Apr 13, 2013 12:17am

texaschik I actually bought nothing from BB.com. I buy whey protein from Sam's Club in bulk and take prenatal vitamins ($4 a bottle), vitamin E, flax oil caps (1300mg) and magnesium (250mg). The only thing I later bought from bb.com was BCAAs and L-Glutamine. So far I have notice no significant difference from taking those, though. So I suggest not buying the stack - you can make due for much cheaper. :) Feb 3, 2013 8:33am
