How I Started:
I have always been a fit girl. I've always had atheletic legs and always wanted them to be skinnier. It finally clued in to me that it's not being skinny that I wanted, it was being happy and accepting of myself. That was the big step, and ever since I've just been continuing to work out and the more I do it, the more I feel good about myself.
Why I Love It:
I like making goals and reaching them, and I love a challenge. I also just love the way working out makes me feel once I'm done; gives me energy for the whole day!
How I Stay Motivated:
Many things, though, I think the main one would be other girls. Other fit girls with confidence really makes me want to push harder. Results and reaching my goal(s) also keep me motivated.
& of course, this website!!! (Seriously!)

this is just me at 148ish lbs... not bad, but totally not where i want to be with myself. those abs need to get defined like WHOA, same with the legs and arms... yaaaaahH!
i hate working out my back & arms.. & it shows! Ha.
Get my body fat down to 14-15%, have nice abs for summer, increase my stamina for running.
Goal (Long):
I want to be happy with myself and my body. I want to think it as flawless (even if to others, it isn't). I want my arms to be more defined, as with my legs, I want the toned/six-pack stomach I used to have (I pretty much want to get freakin' RIPPED!) I want to increase my endurance when running and run a half-marathon sometime this summer. I also want to get my eating habits on track, once and for all. I would like to get my body fat down to 12-13%, in the long-run. I want a body that will make heads turn, even with clothes ON! (haha).
I know I can achieve all of this (&more) if I put my mind to it, stay focused, and work hard. I hope to attain all this by the end of summer (7months from now)... If that's not realistic, then I will aim for next New Year's! ;)
---OH! My newest goal is to ONE DAY (not anytime soon) to be able to do dragon flags! Ha.
I was lucky to see the best concert I've ever seen and probably will ever see... IRON MAIDEN!!!!! Seriously, holy FACK. Our car broke down on the way there, which made us freak the heck out... we were so high when it happened too, all we could do is laugh, even though it was pretty serious,...
keep workin on them and they will come. cardio and diet helps too. i have my first born son on the way very shortly. thats about all i have planned this summer, he will keep me busy im sure. that and the gym, i got a triatholon i want to compete in as well. how bout you?
ive been good, but i'll be better after eloping! hey, as far as your veggie fear goes, have you ever tried a stir fry? chicken, shrimp, peppers, water chestnuts, tofu, and something else (im drawing blanks) with some teriyaki sauce. tastes bomb, very healthy if done right.
