I did gymnastics and played a variety of sports for years. I loved staying active. Recently, a close family member of mine was murdered. This murderer not only took his life, but made each person in my family change in a negative way. After the death, I immediately became depressed,ate all kinds of crap food,stopped working out and allowed alcohol to become my best friend. I recently realized that I need to get off my lazy ass and actually make life better-it's not going to happen on its own.
Why I Love It:
Working out makes me feel so much better inside and out. I want to see how I can change my body.
My goal: have a tight, firm ass and legs, defined abs, and toned but feminine arms and back. Lose fat/gain muscle, overall just be toned and tightened

So I've been trying to stick to my goal of not relying on alcohol as much to get me through the week. So far, I drank twice last week and haven't had a drink this week (yet). I haven't been going out as much, and it's saving me money and brain cells. School starts back up in less than a month...

i read your info and im extremely sorry about what happened, and i want u to know that the fact that you want to change and give up on alcohol, u have my respect. if theres anything u wanna talk about or anything u need, dont hesitate to ask!! other than that keep up the good work!!

hey baby! sorry ive been missing for a few weeks. my tests are next mon and tuesday then i will be partying for the rest of that week. i need a partner in crime. to hell with diet and exercise for a few days. i need to get away from school!! my brain hurts. miss you. we need to catch up!
