How I Started:
I work at a gym, plus playing tennis all throughout school really motivated me to understand more about health/nutrition/physical activity!
Why I Love It:
I have much more sustained energy and a natural rush when i'm in the gym!
How I Stay Motivated:
My major keeps me busy and informed of all of the advances in the nutrition feild. As we all know the key to a perfect body is mostly...NUTRITION!!!

So lately it seems that i have been gaining strength almost EVERY week!!!! Its amazing!!! i recently squatted 165lbs for 8 reps and the 2nd sets were with 155lbs for 10!!!!!! My leg presses went up also to 435lbs, prob even more if i counted the weight of the machine!!!! So i'm going on the univ...
