I want to lose 20-30 pounds and look better than I did before I had my daughter before my husband comes home from Iraq next Feb.
Goal (Long):
I had my daughter almost 2 years ago. I never realized how nice of a body I had till after I had her and looked back at old pictures of myself. I would love to look better than I did before I had her. I would love to feel completely comfortable in my bikini and naked in front of my husband. I only weigh 158 right now, but at 5'2" I feel like its on the heavy side. I have many friends who are bigger than I am but still I used to be so small and fit. I just dont feel comfortable with myself. There are so many weightloss tricks and I feel like I am just getting overwhelmed and need some help =/

Protein shakes aren't a necessity, they are simply to be used in place of your usual whole food source of protein when it is too inconvenient or impractical to have the whole food source of protein (such as a chicken breast), or simply for variety. I only use one a day simply for variety. You also don't need a fat burner, totally unnecessary, DIET + HEAVY LIFTING + SOME CARDIO = TONED & TIGHT, and in that order. ;)
