Been working out for a good 3 years now (on and off) my problem is staying consistant. this is the most consistant ive been working out now, starting since last nov.2007
Why I Love It:
Of course everyone(espically me), has a goal in life of that perfect body. I will someday get to that goal, just sucks right now for me not being able to hit a real gym and being able to gain weight. My metabolism is soo high and always has been, im hoping that someday it will slow down.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think im a suppliment junky! Ive been trying all kinds of different stuff hoping that i will find the right one to show the results ive been looking for... I am slowly getting bigger and ripped (from what i used to look like anyways).I am hoping to meet people on here and get strong advise from working out programs to the right supplements that will help my body react to the Max
I would like to get up to 225lbs or more. im currently at 210lbs just hard to gain with my dang HIGH metabolism. Hope to find the right supplements and advise (Open for any opinions). and of course have a nice ripped body too
