dellpatto hey! thanks so much for your message! :) yep i have been smashing it with training.. but had the past week off as i hurt my back & wanted to rest it.. but went back today & did carido, cant wait to smash the weights again starting monday.. ive had withdrawals lo.. hows your training going? ohhh boxing! :) i would love to do boxing, but when they do it at my gym not a good time for me :( hope all is gonig well!!! bcunningham2010 I will help you get motivated hun sure,no questions asked.Gotta stay away from that cookie jar lol,they are good for a treat every once in awhile.You'll get through it no worries hun.You are making good gains,I like to see that.As for me I"m doing pretty good,just working long nights and weekends,and throw in training during the week,and that's one hell of a schedule to say the least.Keep going strong hun,your doing great,and you look great.
