This diet is based off of the 12 week trainer provided by Kris Gethin.

Meal #1 (6:00 a.m.):

-          8 egg whites

-          2 whole eggs

-          Black Coffee

-          Glutamine

-          CLA

-          Carnitine

-          BCAAs

-          Multivitamin

-          Fish Oil

Meal #2 (8:00 a.m.):

-          1 cup Rolled oats

-          Whey protein

-          Black Green Tea

Meal #3 (10:00 a.m.):

-          4 – 6oz eye of the round steak

-          1 cup whole wheat rice

-          1 cup green vegetable

Meal #4 (12:00 p.m.):

-          4-6oz Chicken Breast

-          1 cup quinoa

-          1 cup green vegetable

-          Multivitamin

-          CLA

-          Fish Oil

-          Carnitine

-          Scivation Xtend

Meal #5 (2:00 p.m.):

-          4 – 6oz Chicken Breast

-          1 cup sweet potato

-          1 cup green vegetable

 

 

Meal #7 (4:00 p.m.):

-          4-6oz Tilapia

-          1 cup green vegetables

-          ½ cup cottage cheese

-          CLA

-          Fish oil

-          BCAA

Meal #7 (6:00 p.m.):

-          4-6oz Tilapia

-          1 cup green vegetables

-          CLA

-          Fish oil

-          BCAA

PreWorkout (6:30 p.m.):

-          Pre workout booster

-          Creatine

-          Glutamine

Post Workout (9:00 p.m.):

-          1 scoop Whey

-          Glutamine

-          Creatine

Before bed (10:00 p.m.):

-          Casein protein

Fables87 If you read my profile, I explain my story. Basically I have a bad history of health issues. So staying away from the ER keeps me motivated. Also, I'm a huge comic book nerd, so I've always dreamed of being a superhero when I was younger. But because of working out I can puke normally with out having my CVS attack (again read my profile) and I've gained 25 lbs. since joining this site. I think I've made a hell of a good progress!
