How I Started:
Two shoulder surgeries kept me from playing sports in college. I have always been an athlete and really missed the physical challenges of sports.
Why I Love It:
It is the greatest stress reliever for me. No matter what is going on in my life, I know i can go to the gym and get away from it all.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just knowing that i can always look better keeps me going.

yea finals suck! but i make myself study and then reward myself with gym time! it works for me. :)
