When I Started: Jan, 2007
How I Started: I met a girl(who is now my wife), and I wanted to not look weak with her. So I started working out religiously.
Why I Love It: It is such a stress relief. I work very early in the morning and then go to school until 6PM, all I can think about is coming home and working out!
How I Stay Motivated: Consistent online researching, and article reading! This website really helps
BB Accomplishments: When I first started working out I struggled to curl 35 pounds dumbbells. Now I rep 45 with no problem.

Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): Stop being the small guy in the group!Be 190-210 lbs of lean muscle.
Goal (Long): I have been looked at as the little guy in the group. I think it is time for a change. People always used me as being the little guy to think they can boss me around. Especially in my old work environment. I want to look intimidating. I know that by that by December I can be lifting 10 pounds more all around & put on 10 pounds of pure rock hard muscle.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 50 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 10%
