Workout Program:
I work out with weights 4 days a week with the following breakdown:

Fri: Chest/Back
Sat: Misc
Sun: Bi's/Tri's
Mon: Leg/shoulders

I do 3 exercises for 3 sets for all except legs (5) and go to failure. If I can do 12 reps, go up in weight. Go heavy or go home!

On my Misc day, I do...
