How I Started:
After I had my Gall Bladder taken out, I needed to strengthen my core and lose weight.
Why I Love It:
I feel great after working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about my father who passed away at the age of 35 from kidney failure and diabetes. He didn't take care of himself. I don't want to die young so I keep pushing to lose weight and get healthy.

While scanning the profiles I noticed your weight loss. Great job man. Keep it up. It only makes life easier and more comfortable. I started out at 284 and as of last fri. I was 217.5. Do slow and work at maintaining. That is the real work. Good Job and Luck!

I now it is very hard trying to lose weight for big guys like us. By working in corrections the hours is long. We work 12 hours and then you have to come home to your family. It is hard.

Whats up Alex, My name is rod and I also was a corrections officer for 6 years in north carolina. Now have been employed in a detention center for 10years now. I noticed that when I was working at the prison I saw my weight shoot up. Right now I weigh 420lbs. Thank God that Im 6 foot 5> If I was shorter than 6 foot then I would be a rolly polly.
