What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
It was Back Injury. I was inured for 18 months. I recovered by working out in a proper manner, and using certain techniques.

Yes
Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
I Take Ginseng. NOW or Higher Power. I take it in the afternoon meals. I recommend it in the morning, but since I have a stomach irritation if I take it empty, so I prefer it with meals.
