What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
It was Back Injury. I was inured for 18 months. I recovered by working out in a proper manner, and using certain techniques.

I Take Ginseng. NOW or Higher Power. I take it in the afternoon meals. I recommend it in the morning, but since I have a stomach irritation if I take it empty, so I prefer it with meals. Today, 3 Clients came back to me after I recommended them Zero-G. Two of them have shown dramatic results. The first (female) one has lost around 6 lbs. inĀ 16 days' time and the second (male) has lost 5 lbs in 15 days' time. To my female client I recommended 4 capsules a day in divided doses...
Well my motivation is at that level because of pregnancy...can't seem to find myself in the gym these days especially after being told to lay off the excercise for a while. Thanks for asking.
Thanks for the compliment. How do I stay motivated you ask. Well, I'm vain, I like to wear short shorts and skirts or something sexy when it suits me and I must look good when I do so! LOL. Staying fit is important so, not to mention the eye candy at the gym! So I guess, it's not just one thing that keeps me motivated.
What keeps me motivated? Thinking about all of the things that my older relatives could not do or problems that they had and wondering if I wanted that for myself or if I wanted something better.
Fitness is based on healthy eating and a planned workout regime for me. I set goals and expect to hit those. I stay motivated by seeing my body improve as well as my self esteem.
I just use a protein blend, glutamine and CEE. mix it all with some milk and oats. I dont stack them i just buy them as i need them, usually in a bulk off the internet
Ive kind of fallen out of my good eating habits these past weeks but Im still retaining the weight loss I achieved a while ago. Im at my lowest ever weight, but I still need to drop more. I am looking to get back on track soon somehow. Thanks for your comment. How is training and diet for you lately?
Thanks for your comment on my blog. I see you are a nutritionist as well. Im seeing one too and its been very helpful. I just started my battle to lose weight tho and so far its hard but its working.
