hey, sorry i just logged back in to this site and just read your comment...
i'm no longer taking muscle juice... i switched to Isomass Xtreme Gainer by Ultimate Nutrition...
it's great...
Hi. Muscle Juice has worked extremely well whenever I've wanted to gain a few pounds. It is affordable and comes in great flavors! I usually use it as a post workout shake in order to get some fast acting carbs along with the proteins. But since I'm now using Cell-Tech right after my workouts, I get plenty of carbs, so instead I use 1-2 scoops of Muscle Juice as a pre workout drink.
hey ignore the last comment, made a mistake i was thinking of the wrong product.
I didnt notice a difference when I stopped taking. So i never re-supplied it.
In response to comment left on profile about Higher Power Arginine. Hands down the post awful thing that I have tasted in my life. But the stuff does work. My motivation in taking it was to try to get the same pumped feeling that you get with similiar products such as BSN's CellMass. Higher Power's stuff works, but since it is pure Arginine and not mixed with additives like like BSN's products, by itself it does not compare.
Muscle juice was great for my bulk--put on 40 pounds in 6 months, and about 32-33 of that was all muscle. Perfect if you're a hardgainer, or are just bulking. Definitely would recommend it, especially considering it's cheaper than a lot of the other gainers out there.
i used half servings, wichever you use, half servings or full servings, is fine, just be sure to note it in your calorie intake. as for the sugar, i did not worry to much about it.
Hey buddy, yeah Muslce Juice is great. I am not currently bulking, but when i was i would do 2 have servings a day, each mixed with 16 ounces of skim milk, 1 banana, and a serving of poeanut butter, mix it in a blender and you get about 950 calories per shake. great way to put on some quality mass. i used chocolate, and have not had any of the other flavors, but i think the chocolate is great. good luck with the training! any other questions just ask.
