I been learning diets from my mom or sometimes learning from the nutrition facts :)
Well' My projram are,
Mondays -Saturday I workout with weights and for cardio I do it everyday including Sundays .
so this is what I do and almost forgot eat clean food !!
mondays- bisets and cardio for 30minutes easy run
tuesday - traps and cardio for 40 minutes easy run hills
Wensday - shoulders and hills cardio so like 40minutes easy
thursday full back and long runes cardio like 4-5miles your pace hill, track or anything
friday - legs and hill repeats so 1minutes easy and when you rest you will be resting down hill
2minutes middle pace and like I said down hill rest
3minutes race pace , well race pace is like faster then jogging and less like a sprint
5 minutes hard run and then do 4-5minutest recovery jogging .
Abs - and easy run 3 mlies
overtime increase it like if your were workingout with weights
for beginner cardio run 3 miles for a weeks and from increase the miles when it get easy and from their increase the pace and speed a little by little and over time when you get to 8 miles
Then do the workout I put on top of the page . Later I will add new stuff for beginner and advance and hopefully this helps if not I understand cause it help me
And sunday it's up to you to run or walk for 1 hour
