How I Started:
I've been active my entire life, whether it was dancing, running track, or walking through my neighborhood. I remember joining my first gym almost 4 years ago. After one class, the owner pulled me aside, and suggested I become a group fitness instructor. The rest is history!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good! I love the challenge it poses me mentally and physically.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have loads of self motivation. I don't stop until I reach the goal.

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
It was a knee injury on the smith machine. I still feel the effects of the injury from time to time. The more I focus on performing the exercises correctly, the better it gets.
