How I Started:
I got started because I was tired of looking the way I do. I also feel that with my family history I'm wasting my life being in this condition.
Why I Love It:
Makes the goal of losing 80lbs seem that much closer.
Update: I have now lost 100lbs and BB.com helps to keep me motivated and on top of my weight loss. I thought 80lbs would have been enough, then I thought 100 would be enough, now I'm thinking 140 might be the end result. BB helped to keep me on track with valuable info...

artsarchanged Weight from 245 lbs. to 235 lbs., a 10 lb. loss in 80 days
Just basic Bis, Tris, Chest, Sholders and Legs to not lose my muscle mass. Mainly I use the oliptical until I burn about 700 cals in a session or run out of energy. I do this about 4-5 times a week.
I just thought that I would drop by tell you what a great job I think that you are doing. You appear to be dedicated and disciplined and I congratulate you on your efforts and the results you have achieved to this point. Keep believing in yourself and you will continue to proceed towards your goal. I wish you success and look forward to watching your continued progression.
You can make your fitness dreams come true. I lost over 50 lb’s and dropped my bodyfat from approx. 36% to 10% in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. It’s not super easy but still not so hard that you can’t reach your goals. Challenge yourself and you will get where you want to be and the results will be well worth the effort.
