Eat clean, often and don't go hungry. Don't skip breakfast. Keep some protein shakes handy. Whole wheat bread, brown rice, yams for carbs. I've lifted for 27 years and never thought I would see abs. In a few months of eating right and working with a trainer, they appeared. It helped getting rid of the wife, not having ice cream in the house and severely cutting back on my beloved martinis and wine! Good luck

Hey, Ren,
In response to your question about diet, LittleItaly said it all. Could not agree more. I've lifted for 27 years now, but until I was serious about diet (what not how much) and cardio I didn't think I had any abs. I do now and I'm amazed. If I can do it you can too!

Thks. My wife of 17 years moved out in August (I refused to move since it was my money that bought the house) and I pressed the reset button on my life. I'm in better shape than ever and now you can understand why I did what I did at a party where some of my neighbors were present. You are inpirational because at 61 you are awesome both physically and spiritually. I'm considering doing a BB contest in July now. That's a challenge!

You look pretty damn good. I stopped counting calories a long time ago. With the help of a fantatic trainer I'm down to 170. Now I wish I was bigger, at leat from the waist up! Keep up the good work. If I can get there at 57 anybody can!
