How I Started: I've been an athlete as far back as memory allows. After organized sports ended I lagged, didn't like the direction my health was going so I decided I was going to sculpt my body into something much better than it was as a high school and college athlete.
Why I Love It: I love the results, mental and physical. I love the control I have over my lifestyle now.
How I Stay Motivated: MUSIC. Basketball. Visualization. Focusing on my potential. Looking around on this site doesn't hurt either.

Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): I want to be the complete package..mind, BODY, and soul.
Goal (Long): Overall I want to get down to 14% body fat, stay on a healthy diet without starving myself or eating foods i hate. I want to be getting 8 hours of sleep each night, no more no less. I need to improve my VO2max and endurance but at the same time burn fat efficiently, meaning i'll have two goals for cardio.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 5 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 14%

i'm starting to feel like i need a registered dietitian to make a meal plan for me. i seriously don't have the patience, time, possibly even discipline to look through all of the articles in here and make my own.
