I was tired of half assing the gym and on January 1 2009 i started to take it serious.
Why I Love It:
I love when people tell me that i look bigger than i did before. Also because I love the burn of a good workout and knowing nothing can get in the way of me and the weights.

I came to this place only about three days ago and i wasnt sure what to expect.  I made my first thread in forum and the people that answered my question were infomative and helpful as to lead me to right path for body building i cannot wait to come to this site more often and learn more...
