How I Started:
I wanted to see a change in my physique which was too small and i didn't feel my best.
Why I Love It:
It leaves me feeling amazing after wards. With the right diet, i have began to feel better and have more energy through out the day.
How I Stay Motivated:
Helping others and comparing notes with my friends. I feel my confidence rise with the more I exercise and I want to live the healthiest lifestyle I could.
