I got sort of into weightlifting senior year of high school, then became a rower freshman year of college. Rowing helped me realize I had more athletic potential than I ever knew, so i took up weightlifting in February of '07.

Before I got into real weightlifting. I was a rower and weighed 163 pounds.
I would like to gain about 10 pounds of muscle, at least, in the long run. I would also like to cut down to 5% BF, and compete in local BB competitions.
So I deadlifted 400x2 today, officially putting me in the 1000lb club. My tendinitis is, thus far, completely gone, knock on wood. Chest/Abs/Cardio yesterday, Back/Calves today, rest tomorrow. Feeling really good, but also still pretty lightheaded from deadlifting.
You really look like a young Richy Bobadilla (he's a big competitor, originally from KY). So, is you want to know what you might look on stage, Google him or I can send you his photo. Take Care! -Ray

Nice build man. I'm pretty much in the shape you were in when you started working out seriously.
I have pretty much the same goals too, so wish me luck.
