hey man, how's it going. thanks for the comment. i've been slowing down with my workouts lately since i got injured. Hopefully in the next few weeks i can get the intensity back up to where i used to be. By the way, nice progress with your back. If you have any tips for me with my back i would be happy to hear them. have a good one

thats good! yeah i currently am on cellmass and im not in as much as a bulking phase as i was so some of my excess fat has been lost but soon im gonna go back to bulking to see if i can pack on some more fat for football! later bro! welt

Hey Arron:. First day back was very hard on the eye, boss gave me next day off with pay to rel;ax it and the next day all went quite well for the 8 hours. Kept my cap on at work to block the overhead florescent lighting and that did the trick plus the brightness on both screens down to about 10%. How U doing? Andre

Hey Aaron. Excellent progress so far in '08. Both body and lifting stats are up and even some goals achieved early. Have worked hard and it shows. I'm doing ok. Back at work tomorrow after emergency eye surgery 2 months ago. Going back only part-time 3 days a week to start as per surgeon but will be glad to get out of house and back to some normality both at work and pay cheque, esp. pay cheque HA. Andre
