I've always lifted something. I'm a mule, moving heavy stuff appears to be my purpose. I thought I might look better doing it.
Why I Love It:
Great release. One of the few "chores" I enjoy in life.
How I Stay Motivated:
When the weight keeps moving even when they keep getting heavier, it spurs me on. Only in the last few months have I decided form and symetry was going to be all that important to me.
BB Accomplishments:
First major goal reached. 40 lbs of lean muscle inside my first 6 months.
I can't help but be big. So I want to be muscular and cut. I'm genetically programmed to move things. Lots of heavy things. I can't get away from it.
I want to look good doing it. That would be better than being self concsious about being fat and getting winded all the time.
Three months and hardly a change. It's the diet. That has changed now. It ticks me off to work myself into the ground six days a week for nothing. My conditioning is pretty good, but it hasn't translated into anything but an inch lost and a lot of sweat. After eating about/less than 3000 calories...
