front view My 48th birthday
did i want to post this picture ? helltotheno!! but i am posting it for everyone who struggles thinking they will never see progress.. I went from very good shape to this and now I am on my way back to better than ever is my goal. I did not take drastic measures..i did not starve or go to the gym 7 days a week . i went more days than i did not.. i did not do loads of cardio(hardly any) but now i see the changes on myself and others here it makes me want to challenge myself more.. so everyone who gets down in the dumps sometimes and thinks they will never get there ..stay consistent and you will achieve your wants, goals and desires
My 48th birthday this day. Thank you stevep78 u rock! Your workouts got me here and I am looking forward to continued success with your help :)

Joined bodyspace Nov last year but never really logged in much. I stayed on the main page looking at the most popular and thinking I will never look like that .. worked out a few days a week.. lost a few pounds ..stopped going again.. logged back in here April/May got a few friend invites and started really looking at all the motivation and hard work and changes and really caught the bug again..I work out 4-5 days a week but really saw big changes after consulting with two professionals one for diet and one for workout ..Terry in Houston Tone Tight and Fit got me tight on the changing how i eat and take supps and Brian Dobson Metroflex Gym took my training to a completely nother level .. I feel better than I have ever felt and I am seeing changes and results faster than I ever have in the past. I have never ever been happy with my body image until now. Happiness with the mirror is such a personal choice and I know that my genetics will never enable me to have an apple bottom or a super tiny waist but for me and my natural build I have reached the point where although I will continually strive for improvements I am very happy with my achievements

So every year i say this year i will be the best shape of my life and i dont get there.. this year i can say i have done that.. little distressed that my legs are getting smaller though i am pushing as heavy as I can..but at the same time I am pretty much eating chicken and broccli and cauliflower and eggwhites so the weight has dropped however since i carry my fat in my stomach not hips it is hanging on stubbornly.. delimma lose weight/fat or add muscle hard hard hard to do both :( lol i want it all !

Approx 8 weeks after hysterectomy and 10 weeks after severe shoulder injury.. trying to get back in the groove .. it is keeping me sane after one major loss after another in last 10 weeks.

First time in a bathing suit in 30 years. Didnt really want to post this either but it is what it is and maybe this will make me stick to my meal plan better lol
