Workout Program:
So far i am working out at the gym 3 times a week in sequences of chest,shoulders, then back. Each workout has 10 min/1 mile avg of cardio, 3 sets of 10 leg lift for abs, and the main work out has 5-6 excercise of 30 reps per workout. At days I'm not at the gym at home I do curls w/ dumbells, squats and push ups. At work I am currently doing a set of 60 pushups on my 2 15 minute breaks.
