How I Started:
I was really unhappy with how i looked. Tired of not just throwing on anything and just be, I was very self concious. I was only 25 and already trying to hide, I was tired of doing that.
Why I Love It:
Gave me something to look forward to. I like how I feel during and after a workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think of the goal, and how good I will feel when I get there

To be fit and healthy, being only 5'6 carrying 40 extra pounds makes me look stubby.

Goal (Long):
I want to lose a lot of fat. I'm Only 5'6 and 180 lbs, so just imagine the chubby brown smurf I must be. My goal is to cut down my fat and acheive a lean cut physique. For once I'm going to try and get a six pack and those cuts above my pelvis, I just want my Belly button to stretch dammit
i don't Know if its Just My gym, but so far I've visited at least 3-4 24 Fitness Gyms, Vallejo, San Leandro, Hayward, And San Francisco(Cleanest of them all) and all their bathrooms are horrible. I mean there sort of like visiting the Bathrooms at the Bart Station. Gosh, Are People bringing...
So far i am working out at the gym 3 times a week in sequences of chest,shoulders, then back. Each workout has 10 min/1 mile avg of cardio, 3 sets of 10 leg lift for abs, and the main work out has 5-6 excercise of 30 reps per workout. At days I'm not at the gym at home I do curls w/...
I totally hate it when a clown has 10 plates on the leg press and moves it 3 inches then gets up and leave it like that. Those people suck! Good luck at losing those 40lbs.
