week 4!! and going I droped 5 lbs In bout 2 weeks. just making your meals smaller and eating 5x a day makes a big difference!!

I just started week 3 and now I'm lifting heavy (for me!)I didnt realized I was so out of shape that I've been sore for like the past 2 wks
