SUNDAY:REST
MONDAY:BICEPS,TRICEPS,SHOULDERS,CALVES&ABS.
(ALL EXERCISES ARE EITHER "SUPERSETS", OR "TRISETS)".
TUESDAY:CHEST,BACK,TRAPS,CALVES,&ABS.
(ALL EXERCISES ARE PERFORMED TO FAILURE).
WEDNESDAY:BICEPS,TRICEPS,QUADS,CALVES,&ABS.
(ALL EXERCISES ARE PERFORMED IN THE "COMPLETE BURNOUT"
METHOD).
THURSDAY:SHOULDERS,FOREARMS,CALVES,&ABS.
(ALL EXERCISES ARE EITHER,"SUPERSETS", OR "TRISETS",
AND ARE PERFORMED TO FAILURE).
FRIDAY(THE DAY OF PAIN):CHEST,BACK,TRAPS,BICEPS,TRICEPS,
CALVES,& ABS.
(ALL SETS ARE PERFORMED IN THE "COMPLETE BURNOUT" METHOD).
SATURDAY:CARDIO,(FOR 2 & A HALF HOURS)-THEN REST AND RELAXATION FOR THE LAST HOURS OF THE DAY.
[NOTE]:EACH WEEK OF EXERCISES IS ROTATED,(TO PREVENT
THE BODY FROM GETTING USED TO THE TRAINING),
AT THE BEGINNING OF THE FOLLOWING WEEK.
[ADDITIONAL NOTES]:MAKE SURE TO TAKE IN ENOUGH PROTIEN,
CARBS,FAT,SUGAR,AND CALORIES,TO SUPPORT THE CONSTANT
"BOMBARDMENT",OF TRAINING.
THIS IS THE SAME WORKOUT ROUTINE I'VE BEEN USING
SINCE I WAS 15,(I'M NOW 22).
