yes, i agree it is good I got it repaired. My times are allways around 0930, and ocassionally on mondays or on weekend days when I dont work it will be later in the day. So you have seen me in there before? I dont recall seeing you. Do you have any progress pictures? How long until your injury is fully recovered?

what time of the day do u go to the Y? I usually go around 9 or 9:30 am...I always wear a grey colored Army tshirt. Not the same one every day, as I have more than one...LOL...But it is a comfy workout shirt...I myself have been off for a month and just went back monday...I had an umbillical hernia repair. I was hoping to compete in the 2010 heartland classic and am leaning towards 2011 now.

I guess I need to change my profile. I have been back from deployment for 2 months now. If you are serious about a trainer, shoot me a message.

Also, how long have you been on the MAX-OT program and what size and strength gains have you made since you have done it? On leg days, do you always squat first before leg press?

A5 you know the more you change the routine the more it will increase muscle growth...Have you checked out the different MAX-OT workouts? Check them out...I am thinking of going on different workouts on the MAX-OT program for like cycles of about 3 or 4 weeks at a time...that way you still focus on different muscles at the same time. But as you say...This MAX-OT program is very good.

I understand the principle...love the workout so far...I am asking how often you switch to one of the alternate workouts Max-OT has? They have like 18 different muscle group combinations or specific workouts. I have showed some great strength and size gains so far...I love Max-OT myself.

Dude, Im loving the Max-OT program so far...The scale is up 3 pounds in almost 4 weeks, and I am gaining so much strength. I either keep getting stronger, or I am totally under guessing my numbers for my workouts. When you started week number 5, did you go back to the week #1/2 workout plan, or did you go to one of the workout plans to mix it up?

im sorry to hear that about your father...something in common I guess? Is that the main reason you choose to live healthy then? It was for me. I used to drink alot, and now I am lucky if I drink alcohol 2 times a year.
