How I Started:
I returned home from US Army basic training. I was in a fit state but nothing huge by any means. I thought, hey im in shape ill eat and do what i want. It wasnt long after that my body just went in the ditch. All it took was for someone to notice and say "man ty your startin to look bad" and i immediatly transformed my lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
Lifting to me is a stress releiver, somewhere i can go and find a zone with myself. You see physical reslults only when you work for them. Its a lifestyle, a hobbie, a sport and a well-being!
How I Stay Motivated:
When i spend all kinds of money on supplements and gym memberships, im definitely going to get my moneys worth out of it, and see some results.
i log all my workouts and love creating new ones. Results are the biggest motivator. Also, a gym partner.
BB Accomplishments:
transforming my body from a skinny, strengthless 170 lb male to a 210 lb muscular soldier within a year. I consitantly worked my ass of day by day and dieted with discipline
