Overall Goal: Right now I am currently 210 at 5'8". I can't stand looking at myself in the mirror. I am not hideous lol, but I do need and want to lose fat. So my goal is to lose 45lbs of fat, and maintain if not increase muscle and strength.
Fit Status:
Wishing that I could find an awesome workout, and stick to it.
I started lifting in High School when I played football,baseball, and swam.I have been swimming and involved in sports all my life.
Why I Love It:
I was in the Army, 10th Mountain Division, 2nd Ranger Batallion, and a few other units. I was the 8th Army Korean Champ for Boxing at 168lbs, and I was consistently lifting. I left the military and lost control, which brought me to where I am now.
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't know.
BB Accomplishments:
In 2002, I was at 175lbs 4% body fat. That currently is my goal.
